We had a great time in this city and the hotel contributed greatly to it. The staff was extremely helpful, providing us with tips and recommendations on where to visit in the city. They were always ready to help us out in any way, even finding us a doctor quickly when we needed one. The location of the hotel was also excellent as it was close to the city centre and transportation, including combis that took us to the little towns nearby. The hotel facilities were also great and clean.

The hotel has an incredible location, very close to the city center and accessible to transportation to nearby areas. The staff is very helpful, providing valuable tips on nearby activities and finding medical assistance quickly. The staff was very attentive and accommodating, making our stay a comfortable experience.
The hotel is a family-run business, with the family's house merged into the entrance/ground floor- which led to an awkward experience. The entrance to the house was sometimes closed, and we had to ring the bell to be let in.
